Dean (Jacob) was extremely helpful in selling our father's home for us. He was able to work with four of us sisters, along with the buyers, in arranging the best possible deal for everyone! He contacted me immediately when there was any news to share. He always had a wonderful attitude, dealing! He found several back-up buyers, in case the offer didn't go through. I would highly recommend contacting Dean if you have a house to sell, or if you'd like to buy one!

He is always looking out for your best interest. His calm, friendly manner helps in the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend him as a realtor-one of the best in town!
